VIDEOGRAPHER [Code : VID]

SUMMARY
As a Videographer (VID) you will be responsible for create and editing of event marketing and corporate. You will support marketing communication projects for attracting customer & communities and take responsible for build brand image and loyalty.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Record important events using camera, lighting, and audio equipments.
• Direct people to capture specific action and events for the camera.
• Edit captured video to tell concise, visually pleasing stories.
• Set up and break down recording equipment before and after use.
• Create short promotional videos for the hiring company or for personal marketing purpose.
• Track time spent shooting and editing video in order.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
• Min. Bachelor Degree graduates in Visual Design Communication/ Creative Multimedia or related field with GPA min. 3.00
• Min. 2 year(s) as Videographer / Video Editor in event management/ broadcasting.
• High proficiency using adobe premier, after effect, etc.
• Required skill(s): cinematography, photography, video editing.
• Creative and innovative thinking.

IMPORT PROCUREMENT OFFICER [Code : IP]
Location : Head Office

SUMMARY
As Import Procurement Officer, you will monitor and review the activities supporting the procurement of product imports including opening PO, following up the production process to vendors, evaluating the performance of forwarders and shipping lines, up-dating customs regulations, port management in accordance with best import practices and importing documentation (import forwarder contracts, permits, customs, etc.) in order to provide effective and efficient procurement of imported finished products in accordance with company standards.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Report import payment plan and monitoring this.
Open purchasing order for products.
Make sure the import documents needed is accurate align with procedures.
Recommendations for the improvement of the system & delivery.
Update customs regulations.
Ensure that the licensing imports.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Bachelor’s Degree in Management/ Logistic or related major.
2 years as a EXIM Staff or Import Purchasing in retail industry.
Able to manage documents and administration process.
Clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
Able to work as a part of a positive and dynamic team.
Ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done.

Facilitate, monitor, & review process in performance management system, including productivity performance for each department also employee’s performance. Coordinate, monitor & review job analysis also job evaluation & job grading, make salary survey & remuneration standard. Coordinate, monitor & review implementation process of change management also culture internalization program at company. Monitor & support to create Employee Value Proposition (EVP), involve in company branding activities.

Bachelor’s Degree Graduates in Management/ Business, Psychology, or related major.
2 years in Organization Development Staff/ Officer.
Have knowledge in Performance Management & Organization Development, Competency based HR, or HR balance scorecard.
Strong interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and customer service attitude.
Ability to organize, multitask, make priorities and work under pressure.
